APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat heat press to 320°F (160°C). Please pretest your fabric for heat tolerance at this setting
2. Place transfer design face up on garment
3. Press for 30 seconds with medium pressure. Do not move your iron
4. Peel carrier sheet warm
5. Repress for 5 seconds for best durability
